When it all boils down, the only things I am really, really concerned with is that we do not allow adults to develop unhealthy relationships with children(as Child Predators like to do) by removing all opportunities for adults to be alone with kids. This works better than any fingerprinting, background checking and interviewing. I am most concerned with the people who have not yet been caught in their desire to have an unhealthy relationship with children.
Secondly, I think it's important that we wait for the right person to pick up the child from the classroom. Whatever solid "check system" you have will do.
