That feels right. We've weathered half of those in my 12-13 years at Grace (whatever it is).

The most surprising time of conflict, for me, was after we moved into our new campus. There was so much griping that the new campus didn't look like the old church-- we intentionally didn't have religious icons (no crosses, stained glass, etc). This, coupled with our name change, created suspicion that we somehow had become soft on the gospel.
