I'm writing a kids' curriculum that goes with Celebrate Recovery (in my free time). We're calling it Celebration Station (published by Group) and it'll be out this August.
One of the interesting phrases that's caught my attention lately from Celebrate Recovery is this: Hurt people hurt people.
So simple...yet so profound.
As an adult child of an alcoholic, I wish I'd know that as a child. It results in more compassion for the one who's struggling with hurts, habits, and hang-ups (another Celebrate Recovery catchphrase).
Awesome! Can't wait to see this companion curriculum. Is there any way to see a "beta" version??
