I'm so excited! In less than an hour, we start our second-ever Large Church Conversation summit! We have 23 people from some of the most amazing churches in America here (it's by-invitation-only). We'll explore the top-four trends in CM today: Safety First, Family Ministry, Wired Ministry, Experience Required. And we'll talk about leading volunteers in a shifting volunteer culture.

Hi Christine. I pray you have a wonderful time during this summit. I would be curious to ask a few of questions of those participating in this summit. I realize you will likely not have time, but I hope you don't mind me mentioning them anyway. :)
A) What percentage of their growth is conversion growth? B) What percentage of their growth of transfer growth? C) If known, what percentage of transfer growth is from small churches as opposed to other large churches. D) How do these large churches envision themselves increasing their cultural connection in parts of the country/world where Christianity (especially evangelicalism) is seriously marginalized?
